What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
You'll be notified when approaching limits. Overages are billed starting at $1 per 1,000 emails and $0.5 per 1,000 push notifications, with lower rates on higher plans.
Does Zyphr support inbound email (receiving)?
Yes — on Starter and above. Point a receiving subdomain (inbound.yourdomain.com) at Zyphr and we parse incoming mail, fire an email.received webhook, and correlate replies to messages you sent. Included volume scales by plan (5K/mo on Starter up to 100K/mo on Scale), with overage at $0.5 per 1,000 received (lower on higher plans). Inbound receiving isn't available on the Free plan.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Toggle to "Annual" above to see annual pricing. You'll get 2 months free — pay for 10 months, get 12. Cancel anytime, and request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is always free - no credit card required. Use it as long as you need to evaluate Zyphr.
